Sanjay Thigulla

Sanjay Thigulla is president and chief executive officer of Sricom, a global leader in providing project & strategic staffing services, IT & Media Software solutions and corporate training to help Individuals & organizations manage and improve their information-driven world. Sanjay is also the head of Sricom’s board of directors.

In his 12-year career, Sanjay held a variety of technical & managerial roles, giving him broad experience across various organizations IT products and operations. Currently he serves as chief operating officer, with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to that, he held senior management positions in India & US in large organizations and in a highly diversified blue chip group.

Having worked with large conglomerates in US and Asia Pacific regions with exposure to both technical and managerial divisions in the IT field has helped Sanjay in strengthening Sricom and its team.

Sanjay holds a Masters Degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration from Osmania University, India.

Venu Gopal Thota

Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

Venu Gopal Thota is chief technical officer at Sricom, responsible for advanced product development and project services for the company’s development centers in US, India and UAE.

In his role as a chief technical officer, Venu strategizes and drives Sricom towards achieving its vision and objectives. Additionally, Venu leads the field technical enablement team, which works closely with the technical sales team to ensure they are prepared to assist customers in managing the impact of changing and emerging technical requirements.

Prior to joining Sricom, Venu provided his services at AT&T and has successfully led Tier-3 Support for 3 years. He is a member of the PMI and has over 6 years of software training and guiding experience in Java/J2EE, Data warehouse and ERP Implementation. In his illustrious career, he has achieved many accolades in various senior level management assignments in research and development, technical support, quality assurance, training and consulting disciplines.

Venu holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, India.

In his role as a Director – Sales & Marketing, Amit is responsible for corporate development, strategic staffing and emerging business at Sricom.

Prior to joining Sricom, Amit handled some key client relationships in US and UK as Account Manager, Sales and Program Manager. His past experience spans over 12 years including working for Bearing Point (formerly KPMG) as a Consulting Manager in Consumer, Industrial, Technology group and Rapidigm (now Fujitsu Consulting) as a Principal consultant in Oracle EBS.

Amit served clients across the high tech industry on a range of topics including strategy, operations, and sales effectiveness.
